This Rambler is a nice rider. The model is a 770.Classic
It just had new tires put on it. Also this car has a brand new transmission. I was going to have my lady drive it here. Unfortunatly my mother passed and I have her car to use. This car has a six cylander. The motor 195 cu in engine. The Brakes work well, lots of pedal. This car also has split bench seats. The seats recline to a total horizontal position. This is one of the selling points the Classic ha s in its sales criteria. The Tires have very little mileage on them. The car rides really nice and goes down the road great. This nice car does have some body work that was done. I have tried to point out the places i know of in the pics. The doors are solid and the car is one i would depend on. I know that someone will be getting a nice car.
I want to tell you some things I know about this car that would want to be attended too. First, there is a small gas leak in the fuel pump. Second the car runs like a fine tuned instrument once its warmed up. I was told it needs manual choke or the heat sensor in the carb needs to be replaced This is a small issue. The windshield needs replacment on this car. It has cracks in front of the driver's view, ty.
I know that the pictures show a trunk that looks unstable. the fact is the trunk was wet sometime in its life and got rusted. THis is surface rust. When i pulled up the trunk liner and took the pics the underneath was dry and this looks way worst than it is. I could have painted it but would rather show it "as is". The issues of the car are easily fixed. I wanted to clearly point out what i know of this car.
Note - The factory AM Fm radio is quite rare to my knowledge.
Please email any questions to me. I am glad to answer anything to best of my knowledge. Please note that the car has 95,000 miles on it. thank you once again.
