Vehicle Description
This is a '85 AMC Eagle wagon. This car belonged to my Dad so I'll tell you everything I know about the car. This car was his daily driver and was well maintained. The odometer reads 109547. I would say that is correct by the condition of the car. The exterior of the car is in good overall condition. No rust that I can see. A very small ding on the rear passenger side door. The front bumper guard mounting bracket on the passenger side is slightly bent but can very easily be fixed. Other than that it is in very good condition. The original paint is even O.K. It has all 4 original wheel covers. The tires all match but are nothing special with about 50% tread left. The glass is all good. And the luggage rack is in good shape. Now the interior. The carpet is dirty with many stains and it is ripped up in front on the drivers side. The head liner is sagging. And the sun visor on the passenger side is gray. Other than that the interior is in great condition. Now the drive train. The half shaft on the drivers side needs to be replaced it makes noise every once and a while. I have another half shaft that goes with the car. This car has been sitting for 2 years so I would give it a tune up. The choke works. It starts right up with no smoke from the exhaust. The motor is real healthy, the transmission is real healthy and the 4 wheel drive works great. My Dad told me that this car gets 26 MPG. I have a clear title.
