I just got in this extremely handsome and loaded Acura MDX touring package powered with the 3.5L VTEC engine and yes she is a 4wd!!! She is in excellent condition and is a beautiful color combination with every convenience available on this model! She is very well equipped throughout with the factory TOURING package that includes 6 DISC CD CHANGER AND THE IN DASH SCREEN THAT TELLS YOU EVERYTHING ABOUT THE VEHICLE AND THE AREA THAT YOU ARE IN!!!!! Compass readout, trip info, temp and much more information that will definitely come in handy!! There are no rips, tears or stains to mention in the untouched interior and she is also very luxurious with a 100% non-smoker history! Check out the pictures closely, because they depict her perfectly and the condition is really hard to believe with the few miles that she has on her. I can tell you that there are no scars in the rear seats from car seats and other than the drivers' looking like it has been sat in she is 100% ready to go and is pretty much a BRAND NEW vehicle!! I have looked for these for some of my customers in the past and finding one with short miles is NOT easy to do especially as perfect as this one is!!!! If you have been looking for one of these don’t make the mistake of delaying miss out because she has a lot to offer!!
I have personally driven this Acura SUV and I have to say, I am impressed!! The handle on the road is remarkable and the acceleration is astonishing! The 3.5-liter V6 SOHC VTEC engine moves this SUV right along without hesitation and the automatic transmission shifts perfectly! The automatic transmission also includes the V-LOK 4x4 option too! That will help out greatly in any terrain and definitely when trying to get the kids around in the nasty elements! With the way this Acura sits I am sure you will feel extremely comfortable while driving even on snow and ice! If you can ever feel comfortable in those conditions then this is the vehicle to try it with! More about the interior! The premium leather seating is very comfortable and convenient and everything is well within reach of all of the amenities! I really like the way Acura laid her out especially the seating, which is much more stylish and luxurious with all of the dark wood décor. The third row seating is easy to put away and it simply folds into its own compartment in the floor for loads of cargo room and there is a compartment for the headrest too and room for more. She is also very roomy in all of the seating locations and as the pictures show, the interior is in tip top shape throughout!!!!! CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH!! She is also equipped with Acura’s four wheel ABS braking system, side airbags and curtain airbags and tire pressure monitoring system!!! Power locks, power mirrors, power windows, power seating with drivers' memory seating and a power sunroof shows the extreme convenience of this luxury Touring vehicle and that is just the standard equipment on this one! Other extras include dual mode heated seating, steering wheel controls, accessory phone controls on the steering wheel, automatic climate control, and a full set of brand new floor mats. She also has the 6 disc in dash CD changer too! I didn’t even mention the rear air yet!!! The exterior is styled perfectly with the taffeta white paint code that is in excellent condition with a fresh detail too! The factory aluminum alloys also help to bring out the stylish exterior like no other wheel could! Mounted on the alloys are a very strong set of Michelin radial tires that are very highly rated and do an excellent job to hold the road and give a smooth, comfortable ride! All around this 3.5L MDX is extremely comfortable, perfectly equipped, luxurious and out right secure! She is also covered under the factory bumper to bumper warranty for 4 yrs or 50,000 miles from the in se4vice date and the 6yr and 70,000 mile power train warranty!!! That is a TON of coverage on a very nice, efficient, yet roomy and versatile, and you cannot forget extremely comfortable. With all that this MDX has to offer, whoever grabs it up will be extremely happy with their purchase!!

INSPECTIONS
A word about our service check out. I have had this vehicle inspected by an independent service center. They are in business to find problems that they can correct. After the inspection is complete, they call me with the results. I then either do the repairs and put the vehicle up for auction, or if the problems are too numerous, and it looks like she’s going to be a problem vehicle, I liquidate the vehicle at a local auction. My repairs average about $400.00 per unit. Please understand that we are not in the vehicle restoration business. I don’t replace every teeny tiny part that is not brand new. The folks who check out these units have been working with us for several years now, and they don’t abuse my business. If the brakes are in good shape, they tell me. If they are below their recommendations, I replace them. If they tell me that it needs an alignment, I have it aligned. If it doesn’t need an alignment… All these vehicles are driven by myself, and I do everything I can to deliver a clean, reliable product. I don’t like any surprises, and I know that you don‘t either. These are all used vehicles. Something will one-day break down on it. I don’t have a crystal ball that will tell me when and where it‘ll break down! I wish I did! You are welcome to have a mobile service come to my lot to perform the inspection or to drive it yourself to have it inspected by a local mechanic of your choice. Lawler Motor Sports will not be responsible for any repairs once the vehicle has been delivered. If you have the vehicle inspected prior to delivery, and the evaluation is not to your satisfaction, then you will not be expected to follow through with the purchase. Please understand that I sell them as is and will not be held liable for mechanical expenses after the purchase is completed. There are many extended warranties on the market that you can purchase for this purpose. Look at our total feedback portfolio. PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASE
Payment for your purchase can be made by: Cash in hand, Certified bank check, Postal money order or a Wire Transfer from your bank. Sales Tax and Fees for Texas buyers for your state sales tax. Buyers outside of Texas are responsible for applicable taxes in your state. All sales are subject to a $50.00 documentary fee and out of country and Canadian buyers will pay a 100.00 doc fee mainly only because it costs 60.00 minimum to send a package to you one way. FINANCING YOUR VEHICLE
Part of the reason we are able to keep our overhead low is that WE DO NOT FINANCE PURCHASES. We do have a couple of ways for you to go for financing which includes some reputable internet companies that we have dealt with like Capital One or Ebay finance. /we also have a local finance rep. that can help if necessary as well. Feel free to call me for his number or any other help at all. We recommend that you wait to bid until you have approved financing available to you. Please do not bid if you have no financing arranged, or if you are not prepared to honor or follow through with your commitment with our prescribed payment plans. Your winning bid is a legal contract to purchase.
CAN YOU ARRANGE SHIPPING FOR ME?
Yes, we have access to a number of qualified transporters that we work with on a regular basis who can ship anywhere in the United States. We are happy to help arrange delivery with one of these shippers for you, but we will not be responsible for the transporters actions! Of course you are free to use a transporter of your choice if you choose to do so. The transporter that I recommend has been in business for some time and has a bit of history with me as well. If they didn’t I wouldn’t recommend them, however it is only a recommendation and I nor Lawler Motor Sports can be responsible for their handlings.

Any exceptions must be pre-approved between both parties. Depending on your destination from our location here in Dallas, Texas, delivery costs and estimated times of delivery can vary from shipper to shipper. If you do your own research, please be sure to get at least a couple of different quotes (not only on costing, but also on estimated delivery times). All shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. All of the carriers utilized by our firm are licensed and insured, reputable carriers. We assume no responsibility for damage incurred after the vehicle leaves our premises. We are not affiliated with any carrier, therefore, any claims or communications regarding shipment of the vehicles will be between you, (the buyer) and the shipper.
