When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement.
Midwest Motorsport reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. Midwest Motorsport reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, Midwest Motorsport shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason.
Successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within two days of the auction ending either by Paypal, wire transfer, cashiers check or credit card.
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end.
Bidder must be 18 years or older. Successful high bidder Must contact Midwest Motorsport within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.
Bidders with only negative feedback or bid retractions need not bother to bid on our vehicles. These bids will be automatically rejected.
All financial transactions for the remainder of the balance must be completed within 7 days of auction ending with a cashiers check, a loan check or a bank wire transfer. No Sight Drafts will be accepted for payment. All titles are held for 10 days unless payment is made via bank wire transfer. International customers must pay with bank wire only.
If the transaction is not completed within 7 days, the buyer will loose their deposit and the vehicle unless other arrangements were approved by us.

Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and possible paintwork caused by a previous accident, key scratch, dings ect, and mechanical parts are subject to fail as well. We do offer aftermarket warranties that cover most mechanical repair work. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. All Bidders Must Have Arranged All Financing Prior to Bidding.

All Vehicles Sold by Midwest Motorsport are Guaranteed To Be Clean/Clear of Any Prior Salvage or Rebuilt Title History. We Do Not purchase or sell vehicles that have any water damage or fire damage or moved in the air by a tornado or hurricane or any other vehicle of this sort. As with most pre-owned vehicles, minor wear may be discernable and degree of wear is often related to age of the vehicle such as: Maintenance items, minor rock chips, wheel scuffs, door dings and scratches, and undercarriage wear. Please understand that brakes and rotors are a wearable items and may need to be replaced when you receive your vehicle. There is a $99 internet surcharge which covers express delivery of your title and paperwork via Fed Ex or DHL and a 30 day temporary tag if needed. Vehicle inspections are available at your expense, plus a $59 fee to take the vehicle to the station or shop performing the service within 5 miles of our dealership. This needs to be completed before the auction ends or before a buy it now and the fee must be paid before we can deliver the car to the inspection station. You can pick up the car in person and take it to a mechanic anytime during business hours. Many of our customers have used Firestone since they typically have time for an inspection the same day. Firestone: 417-882-3752. There is a $79 delivery surcharge if you use terminal pickup for DAS Transport, this is due to their location.
