We don't hide our auctions in private listings so you don't have to bid against phantom bidders. What some dealers do is create new Ebay accounts to bid on their own auctions by proxy. They have these auctions with no reserve and sometimes with private listings, so we can’t see who’s bidding. What happens is they get the price they want without a reserve, which is not realistic in the auto industry and is considered shill bidding on Ebay. They just say that the bidder did not come get their vehicle and they relist it. Call me at 610-462-0016 I’ll tell you more about this, just be careful with private listings. We don’t have a fancy internet department and have not subscribed to the CarAd software; so our auction doesn't look as pretty as others, but I challenge you to find another car dealer with our impeccable service and reputation.
This vehicle has normal blemishes including wear and tear that is expected for any pre-owned vehicle and any major issues are disclosed below. For any of our vehicles that are less than 15 years old and have less than 175,000, you can purchase an extended warranty if you wish, but some have existing transferable warranties if we disclose them below. Otherwise the vehicle is being sold as is.
Before you bid, give us a call or stop in for a test-drive if you like 610-462-0016. We do expect a $500 deposit within 2 days of the end of the auction and final payment within 7 days and the vehicle to be removed at that time. We charge a PA Documentary Fee and Administration Fee of $125, total. You are expected to pay sales tax, title or tag fees, whatever is required by law for your state, to a notary when we transfer the title. If you are not a PA state resident, PA requires a temporary tag ($50) but no sales tax to drive it and register it in your state. Auto Insurance and driver’s license is also required. If you are contacted for a second chance offer or are asked to send money to anywhere but PayPal, please call Mark at 610-462-0016 to confirm that the offer is a legitimate offer and is coming from us. If the vehicle sells separately from Ebay, we reserve the right to end this auction early.
This 1996 Acura 3.2TL is in beautiful condition. It gets about 27 miles per gallon with a lot of power, pick up and smooth ride. All the features work properly and the air is ice cold. It has one small dent in the hood which I took a picture of and has a clean CarFax report. I thought it shifted rough from 1st to 2nd gear, but a local garage and an Acura dealer said it is normal and I am just too picky. I had the fluid changed anyway. It has a current PA State safety and emission inspection through November, 2008. The factors that affect the Kelley Blue Book value are the good miles for an Acura, a 6 cylinder 3.2 liter engine, AT, FWD, AC, PS, PW, PDL, PM, CC, AM/FM with 6 CD changer, ABS, heated leather seats, alloy wheels, moon roof, dual 6 way power seats, and an integrated handsfree Motorola blue tooth device.
