Up for sale is beautiful 2005 Acura TSX. This vehicle was bought for me at Dealer’s auction in Texas with Mississippi State “Flood/Not Actual Mileage Title”. I put "Salvage Title" following eBay rules. At the time of purchase the car was in verified by auction “Run and drive condition”, and very clean inside/outside with the dealer's stickers still attached, no any dents or damage. Mileage was 421Miles. Search through the CarFax and AutoCheck did not produce any additional records. Judging by the time on the run, interior condition, seats and tires the actual mileage obviously was very low. The car was sold as new on March 29, 2006 and on March 6, 2007 "Flood Title" was issued . The car was on the run for less then one year. After detailing the car was shipped to Vancouver, BC. It passed all the government and provincial inspections; warranty service was performed at Lougheed Acura in Coquitlam, BC. Only at the time of registration at ICBC Office it was discovered that rules for registration of cars with previous flood history changed and not allowed in Canada any more.
