Terms of Sale
This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty written, expressed or implied; there are no refunds and no returns. A non-refundable 25% of the vehicle's selling price is due within 48 of auction's close. Full payment is due within ten (10) days of auction's close, no exceptions. Once full payment is received and all funds have cleared, vehicle title will be conveyed to the buyer. Please remember that this is a legal binding contract. So, if you are not willing to pay, not willing to abide by our sale policy or do not have the resources to acquire financing for this purchase, PLEASE DO NOT BID.
Any user with five (5) feedback rating or less must contact us before bidding or your bid will be automatically cancelled and you will be blocked from bidding on any future Mr.Classik auctions. Bids from users with zero (0) feedback and negative feedback (-1) rating will not be accepted, period. Also, we reserve the right to end this auction at any time if a local buyer is found.

Buyer pays all actual shipping and handling charges; I have my own affordable shipping resources which I'd be glad to share with the auction winner. Shipping usually runs anywhere from $250 - $950 depending on where you are geographically located.
