Terms Of Sale : By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. Payment: A deposit of $2000 (non-refundable) must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the auction. The remaining balance must be paid within 5 days. We accept cash in person, Bank to Bank Wire Transfers, Cashiers Checks, and Bank Checks. If getting a loan, you must have all loans PRE-APPROVED BEFORE BIDDING! All funds must be in-house and have cleared our bank before the vehicle leaves the premises.
