DittoCars is an E-Dealership (OH Lic. # UD017232) that specializes in pre-owned import and select domestic vehicles. We sell our vehicles from our 15,000 square foot indoor facility 26 miles north of Cincinnati, Ohio.
We offer a FRESH approach to the auto industry. Simply put, we do not have commissioned salespeople, finance managers, used car managers or general managers who get paid more by charging the customer more. And, because we deal exclusively online, we do not have the massive overhead associated with running a large brick and mortar dealership, which allow us to pass along huge discounts to our customers. Our vehicles are clean and always priced between wholesale and private party values. We buy our vehicles direct from dealers and at auctions throughout the country. Our vehicles are mostly lease returns, fleet vehicles and pre-certified trade-ins from large dealer franchises. We offer shipping support for out of state customers or we will pick you up from either Dayton International or Cincinnati International Airport in your new vehicle!

Terms and Conditions
Successful high bidder must phone (800) 897-5710 or (513) 319-8614 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. The successful high bidder shall pay a $250 refundable deposit within this time to hold the vehicle until full payment and title transfer is made. This payment shall be made via Pay Pal, credit card, or in person only. All Pay Pal fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you do not have a Pay Pal account or credit card, please contact us immediately at 1-800-897-5710 or +1-513-319-8614.
Within (5) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, cash or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. If payment is made by cashier..s check, we will hold title for up to 10 days until funds are cleared. If vehicle is not picked up or shipped within 10 days a $8 per day storage fee will be assessed.

Vehicle Inspection
We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties (pre-buy inspection services; usedcarinspections.com, or authorized service centers) prior to auction close and after the ..buy it now.. option is exercised. All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for fees and charges of inspections made at buyer's discretion. We do not have a mechanic on staff.
If upon personal visual inspection of the purchased vehicle at our facility, you find a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge or refund all monies paid. In the event the vehicle is shipped, this policy still applies, however, a 10% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping is the obligation of the buyer.
Taxes and Fees
All buyers pay a $125.00 administrative fee plus a $50.00 documentary fee. Ohio buyers must pay 6.5% sales tax. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states unless you reside in the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachussetts, Michigan, South Carolina and Washington. These States are "reciprocating States" meaning that we MUST collect taxes upfront. The taxes are added to the purchase price of the vehicle and will be paid on your behalf. If you are a license auto dealer, you must provide us your Federal Tax Number (EIN) to purchase vehicle wholesale (without taxes).
Shipping
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. However, we will assist buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. ALL TITLES NEED TO BE CHANGED INTO THE NEW OWNER'S NAME BEFORE A VEHICLE CAN BE SHIPPED OVERSEAS.
Some vehicles will have factory warranty remaining (as stated in our description). All cars come with one master key unless otherwise stated. Vehicles come with books and/or manuals only if pictured in photo gallery or if stated in ad.

Online Bidders are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, DO NOT BID!
Unqualified Bidding, Deadbeat Bidders, Auction Interference, Shill Bidding, or any form of harassment can be subject to legal prosecution. We reserve the right to cancel bids at anytime for any reasonable reason.
Notice to Bidders
Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact DittoCars within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
Beware of Spoof Emails
We never ask a buyer to wire money to our account prior to speaking on the phone. Additionally, we never send a prospective buyer email outside of eBay. Please beware of any emails you receive that are not also copied in your eBay account.
Second Chance Offers
We never email "second chance offers". If you have received one, its a fake. Please report it immediately to eBay.
