First off, this car has the 2.7 6-cylinder engine so it will be great on gas but is also turbo charged so it will still be fun to drive. The engine runs very smooth and the transmission shifts excellent. The body on this car is in immaculate condition and the paint looks great. There is not a dent or ding on this car and there are no noticeable scratches. The interior looks fantastic, please check out the pictures for yourself. The leather seats look like new. All of the carpets are nice and clean. This car has the original Audi floor mats. All of the door panels are in very good condition. The air conditioning and heater work great. The radio works perfect. This car has a keyless entry remote that works great. The power seats, power door locks, power mirrors, and power windows work great. All of the gauges and lights work great. All of the pixels work perfect. There is no check engine light on or any other warning lights. The front and back tires are Pirelli tires which are very expensive and they all have average tread left and will last for a long time. This car has 17 inch alloy rims. There is also a spare tire in the trunk that looks like new. The sunroof works perfect. I have the owner's manual along with a few other manuals and I also have the original sticker that came off the car when it was brand new showing that the original owner paid $44,000 for this car. Buyers Inspection: We have tried to describe the car accurately and offer as many detailed photos as possible. We welcome pre-sale inspections by Professional Services only. All pre-sale inspections are to be done on site. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.

Taxes and Registration fees: California residents will be required to pay sales tax, smog and registration fees. Out of state buyers: No sales tax will be collected if the vehicle is being shipped by a licensed transporter outside of California. However if the buyer takes posession of the vehicle in the state of California we will be required by the DMV to collect California sales tax and issue a temporary registration to your vehicle that would allow buyer to legally drive. Additionally, out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Shipping Delivery:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Seller will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with seller.
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $500 by wire transfer, major credit card, paypal, cash or bank certified funds. Within 7 days of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by wire transfer, cash, bank certified funds to Seller. A doc fee of $135 will be applied to the final purchase price for all buyers.
At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.Auction123, Inc.
