So, you are looking for the perfect Audi S4... Join the club, as that was me too. What I am about to offer, is most likely one of the best cared for, over washed, over waxed, pampered, and appreciated S4's for sale today. Let me start at the start. Our car was bought in Texas. Where she lived the life of luxury. All services were done at the dealer ( records included ). She was owned and driven by a middle aged succesful man. He called her his pride and joy. He owned the car from new, until around 40k miles. At that time, she had moved to Ohio, and was sold to one of the only car guys that I have ever met to rival my level of maintenance and care for a car. His name was John, and he took great care of this car. I am going to touch on the records in a bit. But lets just say, he is the guy you see in the morning letting his car idle to warm up. He was also very, very careful to always allow the car at least 2 minutes of cool down time. If you are new to the turbo world, this is critical in the life of a turbo. Letting them cool down is what makes a turbo live. As the oil from the motor is circulated to the turbo itself. Shutting them off hot, after an form of a spirited run, can and will result in short life spans of a turbo charger. That is one of the main reasons that I decided to buy this car. I bought her about 4 months ago. When I was just getting started in my career there was a time that I sold Audi. I told myself that I would own an S4 one day. I always kept my eyes open for " the car ". This was that car. However, with the current collection of cars that I currently have. The S4 is not working for my daily driver. Any time we want to take 4 adults out, the rear seat is just not large enough for anyone to sit behind me. I am a tall guy, and have to take the seat all the way back. Leaving not much room for an adult. 10 years and under, would fit fine. A 200 lbs man, will be quite cramped. So, I went out yesterday and bought a Trailblazer SS. The large back seat is what we needed. So, without further suspense. This is a highlight of the records on this car. We will start at 60k miles. As that is when they get good. 10-05, 68000 miles. All front control arms ( upper and lower ) were replaced. Tie rod end links were replaced also. Mobil one oil change 2-06, 71000 miles. Air Filter, Cabin Filter, 2 front Oxygen sensors. Mobil one oil change. 9-06, 78400 miles. 6 NGK spark plugs. 2 Valve cover gaskets, 1 Coolant Resevoir, 2 end cap seals, 1 pass side wheel bearing, 1 COMPLETE TIMING BELT KIT, 1 thermostat sensor, Samco Throttle body boot, 2 710 DIRVERTER VALVES ( from the audi TT ) MObil one oil change 12-06, 84600 miles, Drivers side ( left and right ) seat rails replaced. Replaced transmission and differential oil. Mobil one fluids, and mobil one oil change. 3-07, 89700 miles, Rear post cat oxygen sensor ( pass side ). Sylvania Fog lamps, OEM Signal switch. Mobil One oil change. 6-07, 93700 miles. All four wheels balanced. Four wheel alignment. Rear wheel bearing replaced. Mobil One oil change. 9-07, 96500 miles. Drivers front and rear wheel bearing replaced. Mobil one oil change. 12-07, 99000 miles. Radiator replaced, Lower hose, fan clutch replaced, auxillary coolant pump, fresh g12 and distilled water, f hose replaced. Mobil one oil change. 3-08, 101500 miles. Serpentine belt, Serpentine belt tensioner, fuel filter, and mobil one oil change. I have all of those records documented. That is when I bought her. She has since seen 5-08 103600 miles. Mobil one oil change. 4 Good year eagle F1 tires. Four wheel alignment. Yellow caliper paint. ( I had too ). 6-08 104300 miles. New rear view mirror with auto dimming ( audi parts ) and new windshield. ( managed to crack the old one installing the mirror. ) I would like to mention that the car does have just a few tasteful mods done. Nothing crazy, just the typical wake up products. The front 2 catalitic converters were gutted. I then had the rear two oxygen sensors moved back in the exhaust system. It allows for better breathing, and the ability to hear the turbos spool nicely. The car also is equipped with a GIAC chip. Stage one 91 octane rated. What this means is that by the cruise control button, you can toggle between stock and a higher boost program. Stock boost is about 8 lbs. The stage one allows for around 15lbs of boost. The car is rated to have around 320 hp, and 365 pound feet of toruqe in that mode. The car has only seen shell 93 or sunoco 94 fuel. The the sunoco being preferred when around. I have installed an autometer boost gauge in the center vent to watch the fun. I for the most part run in stock mode. However, it is a beast of a car, when the boost is turned up. The car needs nothing. Every power option works. Heated seats, curtin airbags. Premium package. Bose stereo. The car is complete. Drive home ready. Fly in and drive it home. Have in inspected. Whatever you like. I do not need to sell the car. But I do need parking. So, it will sell. I have it listed elsewhere. You may want to use the buy it now. If the BIN is used, I will keep the escort 8500i in the car. I have it hard wired in. If not, you will get the wiring only. Do not pass this car up. I will not relist it. If it does not sell, I will go another route. If you are a serious buyer, I will allow a test drive. No joy rides. If you have a serious question and can not wait for the auction to email me, you may call me. My name is Mike and the best number is 513-678-8104. The car has one small ding in the hood. It is pointed out in one picture. The car also has one small nick ( the size of a license plate screw head ) where the car was bumped in the rear bumper. I have a clean car fax. Clear title, window sticker, some extra parts, some coolant. All of that goes with the car. You will not be dissapointed. I do not want to trade for this car. Thanks, but no thanks. You must be a us buyer. No scams, I am not dumb. It will not work. I will require a deposit of 200 within 24 hours of the auction ending. Unless we make other terms first. Thanks, and good luck. Mike
