Comments: very nice 18 wheels with performance tires. Some curb rash on the wheels (touched up). we've noted to the left rear bumper and lower part of the front bumper (see pics). Some rock chips on the edge of the left front fender (see pic).

Additional Comments: These beautiful cars are getting harder and harder to come by. The look is unique and still turns head. Fun to drive, sporty, powerful and yet great gas mileage. Excellent color combo with Premium options such as heated seats, BOSE sound system with CD changer, Xenon headlights and more, makes this coupe stand out. It's priced well below market and it comes with nice 18 wheels and tires. Don't miss out.

PRE-BUY INSPECTION
All vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS without any exceptions. In most cases warranty companies will NOT cover any 'pre-existing' problems, Twin Turbo components, or certain year/make/models. We always recommend a professional bumper-to-bumper 'pre-buy' inspection. You may use ANY mobile inspection companies or a local franchise new car dealership closest to our location. We do not allow our vehicles to be taken to other mechanics or shops (no exceptions). Also a 'pre-buy' inspection is NOT a negotiating tool, and it's for your information only. Normal wear and tear is to be expected on any previously owned vehicle.

We recommend a mobile inspection over a dealership, since they are not in business of selling you anything. In our opinion, dealership inspection can have a little conflict of interest, since they usually want to sell you maintenance service, etc. When you contact a mobile inspection company, you should ask about their services and what they do. They range from about $100 to $200, but you get what you pay for. Auto Critic spends hours pulling wheels and checking the car from all over and under. Then you have some other guy who spends 15 minutes doing a walk around and taking a few pictures. Your choice.

SHIPPING / TRANSPORT
As a service to our customers, we can handle transport logistics to have your vehicle shipped to you. eDirect Motors is not associated with any company or persons listed on our web site. We in no shape or form will be responsible for any transport related issues, such as late pickup or arrival, any damages to the vehicle, etc. We always ask for the transport company's insurance papers, and will have them on-file should you need them. We recommend that you start the insurance coverage on your vehicle as soon as the paperwork has been completed. You are always welcome to arrange pick up and delivery of the vehicle on your own.

PAPERWORK / TITLE
Listed price does not include TTL
Paperwork / Title: All the paperwork can be completed by mail or fax. If you are in Texas, then by law we will have to collect all the TTL. Out of State buyers will be responsible for all their TTL and any other fees required to register the vehicle in their state. Titles will be sent via Express mail to out of state buyers within 7 to 30 days from sale date. In the event the vehicle does not have current plates or tags, we may issue a dealer temporary tag which is good for up to 21 business days from date of sale.
EXPORT: It is YOUR responsibility to fully comply with all US export laws as well as the import laws related to your country. We do all paperwork according to Texas laws. In most cases the title must accompany the vehicle being exported. It is your responsibility to ensure the title is available for the vehicle you are about to purchase. All vehicles must be moved within 7 days.
FEES
All sales are subject to a $50 documentation fee, and 0.24% city of Dallas Inventory tax ( i.e. $10,000 car will have $24 tax). For any vehicle sale through eBay there is also a $150 eBay fee. Texas residents will also be charged the TTL fees (Tax, Title, Registration). Out of state buyers will be responsible for paying their own TTL to have the vehicle registered. Please contact your state tax office for your rate.

PAYMENT
Payment: We must have your completed payment and paperwork within 7 days. Recommended method is Secure Bank-to-Bank Wire transfer. We absolutely will not accept personal Checks. If you are paying by Cashier's check, we need to verify the check with the issuing bank prior to your arrival. Your non-refundable hold fee will only be refunded back to your PayPal account, once all paperwork have been completed, and full payment has been received within one week.

Cashier's Check: This is NOT considered cash. We will need to verify the check with the issuing bank prior to your arrival. Please fax us a copy of the check. Our bank requires up to 10 business days (2 full weeks) for checks to clear - Vehicle maybe picked up upon our verification, but titles will not mailed out until after this period.
Wire Transfer: Immediate during banking hours and usually takes 24 hours (one business day) to clear.
Bank Draft letters: We can only accept draft authorization letters from Texas residents. This is due to the fact that as a licensed dealer we can do the TTL (title work) for Texas buyers only.
Blank loan checks: These are checks from Capital One or E-Loan, or some other lenders. Please ensure you apply for the proper category. You will need to apply for the 'Used Car Dealership' Purchase and NOT the franchised dealer. Some lenders may have year or miles limitation. It is your responsibility to ensure all your requirements are met.
Money Order: NO Money Order of any sort, from anyone and anywhere will be accepted.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We recommend Bank Wire transfer for security timeliness. Please note that cashier's check or other bank checks are NOT considered cash, and are not secure until cleared by our bank. Out of state buyers will receive their title usually within 7-30 days from date of sale after funds have been cleared. All titles will be mailed Express mail with signature at delivery.

Per Federal State laws the mileage on any vehicle 10 years or older will be listed as EXEMPT, regardless of the current reading. As is the case with any previously owned vehicle, there maybe rock chips, door dings, and normal wear. We do our best to explain the vehicle the way we see it according to the year / model. It is possible that we make mistake in our description. Pictures are the primary way for us to describe the vehicle. We provide you with more than enough pictures to show the vehicle condition. It is 100% your responsibility to ensure the vehicle you are about to purchase meets your requirements.
NOTE: Since we do not sell new cars, items such as extra keys or remote, floor mats, owner manuals, spare tire tools, cigarette lighter, cup holders / ashtray functionality, antenna operation, CD changer function, and other minor items will not effect our pricing, and may or may not be available. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure ALL equipment function as they should, prior to paperwork. Any and all exception must be in writing ONLY.
Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. We have full confidence in the vehicles we sell, however since each person's expectation is different, we recommend a professional inspection on the vehicle you are seriously considering. We will not be able to answer any questions related to inner mechanical or service related. This is also true for any previous paint or body work. We realize our limitation and would like to refer you to a professional inspector which can provide you with technical questions. Please note, certain makes/models, twin-turbo or any 'pre-existing' problem is NOT covered by warranty company. You should always refer to warranty company's web site for coverage limitations.
