I purchased this Audi Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in December 2003 with 55,171 km and immediately put it into winter storage. It has not seen snow since as it is always covered and stored in a heated garage during the winter. Since I purchased the car it has been meticulously cared for, never abused and always lubricated with synthetic oil. All tags have been removed for a cleaner look. The vehicle is in excellent condition, is smoke-free and has no issues. It handles great, corners as if on rails and is quite fast. Horsepower has been boosted from 225 to approximately 275 to 290.
The car has approximately 88,190 km (or 55,000 miles). Although the car is a 2001 year model, it only has the mileage (or wear and tear) typically found on a four year-old 2005 year model (based on an average annual mileage of 21,000 km (or 13,000 miles)). And when not being actually driven, the car -since I purchased it - has always been stored indoors 24/7 to protect it from the elements (rain and sun) as I park it indoors both at home and at work. And as mentioned above, I always stored the car during the winter. So in many respects, this vehicle has less wear and tear and suffered less damage from the elements than many of its younger cousins.
It is a great car, made better by the following modifications/upgrades:
Neuspeed chip
Neuspeed cat-back exhaust system
Neuspeed springs and Bilstein sport shock absorbers
Neuspeed P-flow air intake kit
MOMO mag wheels with E225/45R17 TOYO ZR Proxes tires with about 20,000 km (12,500 miles) of wear on them.
Front wheels have 3mm spacers and rear wheels have 15mm spacers for improved handling and appearance.
Stereo system upgraded with a Clarion 50W X 4 power amp and 6 ½” Diesel Speakers
All modifications/upgrades were professionally installed at a cost of approximately $6,000.00
