Offered here for an appreciating new owner is this nicely restored 1973 BMW 2002tii with factory fuel injection! Refinished approximately three years ago in gleaming polaris silver over navy interior, this '73 tii is a quite stunning, excellent running and driving very well maintained example with lots new and many tasteful aesthetic and performace upgrades. The appoximately 140 horsepower 2.0 liter injected engine is mated to a crisp shifting 4 speed manual transmission. The working odometer reads 101,738 miles though due to the five-digit readout and incomplete documentation, the actual true mileage of this car is unknown. Highlights of this car include high performance air filter currently installed on the car [the original setup is also included with the car] rechromed front and rear bumpers, new 14 piece carpet set with genuine Coco mats atop, Rota 15" RB polished wheels with Falken Ziex tires, German vinyl reupholstered E21 Recaro sport seats, 320i sport steering wheel, Pioneer CD stereo, Euro flush turn signal lenses and new uncut door panels. Some of the recent service items include new plugs, high performance wires, fuel lines, "tii" brake rotors and pads, stainless steel brake lines, rebuilt E30 M3 starter, new alternator, voltage regulator and battery, antenna, underhood rubber trim, exhaust down pipe and new brackets and all new exterior bulbs. This car also has a new windshield, new front and rear window gaskets and under steering column pad. Overall this is a fabulous highly collectible and appreciating classic that Consumer Reports magazine recently named as one of the top 10 most influential automobiles of all time. Automobile Magazine also named the 2002tii on their top 100 coolest cars of all time list!

THE BODY, PAINT TRIM
The exterior of this car is in very good to excellent 99.44% pure rust-free condition with a few blemishes, nicks and imperfections. The paint is VERY nice gleaming silver metallic, the chrome and trim are excellent as well.
INSIDE THE CAR
As I hope is articulately represented in the photos, the interior of this car is in EXCELLENT+ condition throughout! The newly redone Recaros are both beautiful and comfortable, the door panels pristine, the carpets and headliner excellent. The 320i sport wheel is a nice upgrade, the CD stereo is quite nice, the vinyl dash has a couple of heat cracks, all the gauges including the odometer are operating fine as is the heater blower fan.
THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE
This classic Bimmer starts and drives very well. The engine runs super strong, the clutch and transmission are both excellent, the suspension on this car is excellent condition with a great sporty but not punishing ride quality and nice tracking. The steering and front suspension components are tight, the braking is excellent and the exhaust is quiet.This is a fabulous highway cruiser!
