You are bidding on a vehicle in great condition. Everything on the car works as it should except for the ac condenser fan. It stays on all the time but is supposed to only come on when it is hot. This has not been a problem as the air works great. I have been told it is a sensor but have not fixed it since it does not create any problems. Two of the rims have a little curb rash. Nothing serious. Everything else works great on the car. It runs and drives excellent with no problems. No dents or major scratches on the car. Interior is in great condition. We just got back from vacation and took the car. We got 29 MPG. The car is air tight with no leaks what so ever. It still feels like a new car. Power sunroof, power heated seats, Harmon Cardon stereo, New premium tires, This car has all the goodies. This is a very nice car for the money. We have put about 4000 miles on the car since we bought it with no problems. The car drives straight and smooth. This vehicle has been inspected for safety, road worthiness and emissions and passed. Several months ago, it was involved in a collision with some damage mainly to the front as a result. It had a front bumper, hood, right fender, headlights and grille replaced. The airbags DID NOT deploy and all safety features are fully functional, there was no damage to the engine or transmission. Original BMW parts were used in the repairs. The work was done by a professional Body Shop This vehicle has a salvage title and has passed all necessary State safety tests and inspections. The vehicle is now on a regular title with prior salvage history. We are only selling because my wife wants a 5 series for more room.

However this is a used vehicle and may have typical minor scratches, minor dings or possible mechanical parts that have not failed but are subject to fail. Bidders are urged to inspect prior to bidding . Mandatory pre-purchase inspection prior to bidding will be required at buyer's expense unless buyer decides to waive it. Mileage could be slightly higher at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time if the car is no longer available for sale for any reason. I Expect All Winning Bids to be Honored
RESPONSIBILITY: Unless stated otherwise, full payment is due via a payment method disclosed in this auction within 5 days of auction close. If not received, payment is considered delinquent 5 days after auction close.
COMMITMENT: I am committed to completing the transaction. I hold the winning bidder accountable for his/her winning bid. Placing a bid on this auction is a legally binding obligation.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Should the winning bidder become delinquent in settling the transaction, I reserve the right to pursue payment through the use of collection services.
COMPENSATION: Should the winning bidder default on completing the transaction, I reserve the alternative to assess and collect a restocking fee as compensation for fees and holding costs related to the incomplete transaction. The restocking fee will amount to $10 + 20 percent of the sale price.
