Terms and Condition of Sales
1. Upon placing a bind on one of our vehicles, you are entering into a legal and binding contract as outlined in the Ebay User Agreement.
2. Bidders must be of legal age ( 18 ) years or older.
3. Bidders with only negative –1 feedback are not welcome to bind on our auctions and their bids will be terminated and they will be put on a block bidder list.
4. Bidders with zero (0) feedback must first contact Bavarian Auto Recycling, Inc.
5. Bavarian Auto Recycling, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion. We reserve the right to end the auction early for any reason. Furthermore, Bavarian Auto Recycling, Inc. is not liable for such cancellation for any given reason
6. The high bidder of this auction agrees to submit a deposit of $1000.00 or 15% of the agreed sales price of the vehicles, whichever is greater. All deposits must be made within 48 hours of the end of auction.
7. Buyers are not allowed to retract bids within the time allocated by the Ebay User Agreement.
8. All financial transactions must be completed within seven(7) business days of end of auction.
9. If the transaction is not completed within this given time, the buyer may risk losing all of their deposit.
10. The Successful high bidder must contact Bavarian Auto Recycling, Inc. within 24 hours of the end of auction.
11. Bavarian Auto Recycling, Inc. has done the best of their ability to disclose all information in regards to this vehicle in said auction. Please be advised that with all pre-owned automobiles, this vehicle may have the typical wear and tear of any vehicle of its age. Mechanical parts of any pre-owned vehicles are subject to possible failure.
12. This vehicle is being sold “as is.“ No representation or warranties made by the seller, nor any representations or warranties relied up by bidders in their purchase decisions.
13. Bavarian Auto Recycling, Inc. will be more than willing to let the buyer get an inspection on this vehicle. The buyer is responsible for any fees associated with the inspection. If a buyer elects to not get a third party inspection and would like to fly in to Sacramento and personally inspect the vehicle, one of the representatives of Bavarian Auto Recycling, Inc. will be more than welcome to pick the buyer up at the airport.
14. The buyer or buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Bavarian Auto Recycling, Inc. will be more than happy to assist in setting up transportation.
15. Out of state buyers are responsible for all city, county, and state taxes and fees associated with the purchase of this vehicle. In order for the buyer to register their vehicle, all fees and taxes must be paid within their state.
16. Bavarian Auto Recycling, Inc. hours are Monday – Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm pst and Saturday by appointment. We are closed on Sunday.
17. Due to demo test drives and mechanical inspections, the mileage of the car represented might be slightly different than the mileage stated when the car was first listed on Ebay.
