Vehicle Description
Up for sale is a 1991 E30 325i 2DR automatic. The car has a silver exterior and a black interior. For this particular model the car has low mileage. There is only 100,000 miles on the car. It's also in very good condition for it age. The original paint still shines beautifully. The car has been garage kept until i got a new car and hasn't been on the road for the past 2 years. The car runs and drives and starts right up. Although the car wasn't on the road, it was still started and driven around the block from time to time. Before listing for sale , everything was checked on the car and all fluids were changed. The car has been owned and maintained by a certified BMW technician. The car is completely stock with the exception of the radio and battery.
The entire suspension is great on the car. Front and rear shocks and struts are in great shape. The car has new rear shock mounts. The front and rear brakes and rotors are in great shape. The front and rear tires are also in great shape. The rear tires are newer than the fronts. The front tires have over 50% percent tread left and the rear tires have over 70% tread left. The front tires are Futura Challenger GTH P195/60 R14 and the rear tires are Michelin Energy MXV4 195/60 R14. I will include 4 new tires i had purchased for the car but never got around to installing.
The body is in great condition. There are very few minor dings and dents. There are also light scratches that are only noticeable if you put your face right up against the car. As noted before the car has the original paint which still shines beautifully. To my knowledge the car wasn't in any accidents what-so-ever. All the body panels line up perfectly and there isn't a bit of bondo or body repair on the car.
All the lights on the car work inside and out. The power antenna goes up and down without and problems. There is a kenwood cd deck installed and it sounds great with the factory speakers. The interior is in great shape as well. The only defect is the drivers seat. It had a tear in the leather that was repaired some what. the tear isn't there anymore but you can still tell that it was there. the rest of the seats show signs of wear but there isn't any tears. The dash doesn't have any cracks. Pretty much everything on the inside is in great condition with the exception of the drivers seat. The sunroof and windows open and close smoothly without and hesitation.
The engine starts right up and the car runs and drives. The transmission shifts smoothly. The isn't any leaks what-so-ever on this car. The engine has all new betls and water pump. The car has new motor oil, transmission fluid, coolant,brake fluid,and power steering fluid. All fluids were changed when car was put up for sale. There isn't any mileage on the new fluids. The car has a new radiator as well. It was changed due to the car sitting for so long and not being driven daily. The is a new valve cover gasket and the valves were adjusted at the same time. There are new spark plugs, fuel filter, oil filter, and air filter installed. The oil pan on the transmission also has a new gasket. Here is the story on the car. The previous owner was a girl. She drove the car and ran over something that cracked the oil pan and she continued to drive the car while the oil leaked out. As a result the timing belt brake and the engine was scrap after that. A new engine was installed at 40,000 miles. The current installed engine has only 60,000 miles. I wish i had the paper work to show the purchase of the engine but i didn't keep it as i didn't count on ever selling the car. I purchased the engine and installed it myself.
That'a about it on the car. The car runs and drives and looks great. Everything works as it should and the only defects are the drivers seat and very few minor dings,dents, and scratches.
