ABOUT THIS CAR
You are bidding on a1998 BMW Z3 Convertible. This is the 2.8L 6-cyliner model, really the only one worth owning. The 4-cylinder version of this car can't get out of its own way in traffic, is underpowered, in our opinion. This car has 118,631 miles. Tires are brand new, good rubber, 245/40ZR17 in Rear and 225/45ZR17 in Front. Features include automatic transmission, power mirrors, power locks, power windows, air conditioning, cruise control, traction control, intermittent wiper, tinted windows, leather seats (clean, supportive), and dual air bags. Top is brand new, including the back window, which is excellent. Chrome door sills, Chrome tail pipe. Comes with a couple extras, including a front hood cover ('bra'), and the convertible boot for when the top is down, both in excellent condition. Also, includes the windscreen, which is in used condition. Z3 embroidered trunk pocket for storage, and BMW tool kit (see photos). Top goes up and down manually. Radio is a factory BMW stereo with factory Harmon Kardon Amplifier. There is a 6-disk Pioneer CD player installed, which works with the factory controls. Car has some minor blemishes here and there, one of the wheels has curb rash, window tint is bubbling on the driver side. Selling it on behalf of a friend. BIDDING
Bidding on our auction makes you a party in a legally binding contract for sale and purchase of this vehicle. This contract is described in the User Agreement, which you accepted, when registering on Ebay. If you do not intend to buy, do not have financing, or do not understand the Ebay User Agreement, PLEASE DO NOT BID!
Be sure to ask all questions prior to bidding. We respond to all inquiries in a timely manner. Bidders with ZERO feedback, or 5+ negatives must contact us prior to bidding, or have their bids cancelled.
SALES TERMS
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction close, via phone or email. A $500 deposit is due within 48 hours. Full payment is due within 7 days. Vehicle pickup to occur within 14 days. If you cannot adhere to these terms, the car will be sold to the next highest bidder, or re-listed. WARRANTY

SHIPPING
Buyer is solely responsible for vehicle shipping. We will be happy to arrange transport with your shipper. West Florida Auto does NOT provide transport services. We recommend Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS), 866-298-4221. Cars must be shipped within 14 days of auction close.
PICK UP
If you would like to get your car in person, we can pick you up from the Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) or Fort Myers Downtown Greyhound Station. Please let us know when to expect you.
INSPECTION
We encourage you to check out your car before you buy. Order a Carfax Vehicle History Report and compare car values on KBB.com. Pre-bid inspections are welcome. If you are in the local area and would like to see the car or take a test drive, send us an email and we will arrange it.
