The good:

3.0 L V-8, 27 mpg highway 20 city
5 speed automatic transmission
Rides, drives and handles great!
Recent tune up
Sony AM/FM/CD player with 10 speaker premium sound two amplifiers and a 10” Subwoofer sounds great!
3 tires have 75% remaining, 1 is near new (more on that below) spare is new.
Front brakes about 65% Rears 75%
7 series driving lights, much nicer than the stock ones.

The not so good:
There is only one key
While driving to work one day the tire blew; I pulled over only to find out I had a flat spare as well. So I had to replace both tires only thing is they didn’t have a matching tire to put on the car so I ended up with three of one brand and one of another. After this the SRS (air bag) light came on and flashes for a few minutes upon start up. I read on a BMW forum this indicates the SRS detected a possible situation where the air bag could have deployed but all the criteria were not met so it didn’t. This will have to be reset at a dealer.
Left front high beam has rock chip in it; I have a new one you can have installed.
Cruise doesn’t work
Rear seat has typical seam splits at the upper seat belt openings
One small leak (about one drip per day) at left front of engine, below exhaust manifold (does not smoke)
Original Windshield has 6 small bulls eyes (no cracks) none are line of sight.
Looks to have been painted once in it’s lifetime and has a couple of dings but nothing that one of those dent specialists couldn’t pop out
Basically it has normal wear and tear for a 14 year old car.
I wouldn’t sell it but I have five cars, take the train to work and the insurance is due.
It would make an excellent first car not too fast, not too slow and very sturdy.

My preferred method of payment is bank wire transfer or cash. I also accept cashier' checks, money orders, or personal checks although with these types of payments the vehicle cannot be released until the funds have cleared my bank. Keep this in mind if you plan to pick up the vehicle immediately after auction's end. Personal checks, etc. can take 7 to 10 days to clear.
