Vehicle Description
You are bidding on an outstanding example of the highly sought after BMW 535is. I have owned this vehicle for over eight years as part of my extensive collection of 70s and 80s classic BMWs. Over the past several months I have started to sell off my collection in a very systematic manner and this car has gotten to the top of the list. This vehicle is my favorite of all the E28s that I have or have owned in the past. The interior and exterior condition of this vehicle is outstanding. The interior has NO DASH CRACKS and the seat upholstery is without rips or tears normally associated with these cars. In fact, the bolsters even show minimal wear due to the use of sheepskins for most of its life. The exterior is free of any damage and the Royal Blue paint exhibits a near perfect brilliance. The front spoiler is a new BMW unit that was put on about 5 years ago and continues to look new Mechanically the car is absolutely without issue. The air conditioning works as it should, on board computer functions properly, and no idiot lights are on. Brake pads and rotors have less than 2000 miles since replaced and the exhaust is less than 1 year old[cat back]. Wheels and tires are 15" from an E34 model and tires have 80% tread left. So, if you are interested in purchasing a well sorted 535is that is ready to drive and enjoy without worries, this might be the car for you. It is not inexpensive and I have set a reserve that fairly reflects the investment put in the car, but is still reasonable. There is a buy it now price posted.
