I expect a non-refundable security deposit of $500.00 of the selling price within 48 hours.

All buyers must pay $295.00 (Administrative Expenses). Florida buyers must pay Sales Tax and Title transfer costs.
Out of state buyers are responsible for their own State Sales tax and their own title transfer.
Winning bids by unqualified bidders are viewed as auction interference and regrettably result in negative feedback and notification of eBay's Safeharbour Investigations Department.
These unqualified bidders, deadbeat bidders will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
The winning bidder is the new owner of the vehicle and, just like the seller, contractually bound to complete the transaction.
