This has been my daily driver and project car for the past 18 months or so, but I've gotten busy with work and other projects, and some of the work required to keep this car on the road is beyond my capabilities, so it's going to be sold without reserve to the highest bidder.
Here are the known problems:
Radiator and heater core both need replacing. I bypassed the heater core when it went this spring, and the radiator popped last week.
Windshield has a crack on the passenger side (see picture)
There are some serious rust issues, especially around the driver's side rear wheel well and ahead of the rear wheel well on the passenger side. There are various rust spots around the exterior of car. There are no holes in the floor that I'm aware of, but there are a couple of minor holes in the trunk.
There is some squeaking in the rear suspension that I suspect is coming from the right subframe mount. My suspicion is that the mount or the frame immediately around that area is flexing. I've been afraid to look :-)
The left rear bumper of the car was sagging and I reinforced the area by bolting a brace inside the trunk. There's still a bit of sag that needs to be repaired in conjunction with the rusted out wheel well.
odometer stopped at 300,000 km - this is a known problem - I estimate that the car has 340,000 km
left rear power window doesn't work

On the plus side, the car runs well and is generally mechanically sound, and has the following new/good parts:
all four tires replaced about 15,000 km ago
motor runs well, no oil consumption. I had the valve cover off to replace the gasket, and the camshaft looks good with no discernable wear. Spark plugs replaced recently
I replaced the transmission with a rebuilt one that I got from a junked car, and it works perfectly
all suspension is good - newer rear shocks and springs, LAD disabled, rear subframe mounts replaced, front end tight.
battery replaced a few months ago
A/C and ventilation system work fine
all other lights, glass fine
drivers display is fine, no problems or issues.
The interior is in fair-to-good condition. There is a tear in the rear seat (see picture) where my dog was trying to get at something beside the door.
I can't think of anything else -- please send me a message with any specific concerns or questions.
Vehicle must be picked up in London, ON. It's not driveable right now because of the radiator. I can help arrange for a new radiator to be installed at the buyer's expense, and if that was done the car could be driven anywhere. I'd like payment in full within 3 days of the auction close unless different terms are agreed to in advance. The car must be picked up within 30 days unless other arrangements are made in advance.

I forgot to mention that the exhaust (resonator and muffler) was replaced in the spring of 2007.
