GOVERNING LAW: FORUM SELECTION
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without reference to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Pennsylvania state courts of Westmoreland County Pennsylvania (or, if there is exclusive federal jurisdiction, the United State District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania) and the parties hereby consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
Buyer agrees that this Order includes all of the terms and conditions on the face of this order. This order cancels and supercedes any prior agreement and as of the date hereof comprises the entire Agreement relating to the subject matter covered hereby. Buyer certifies that he/she is 18 years of age or older and of full legal capacity to enter into this contract. Buyer acknowledges receipt of a copy of this Sales Order Form and warranty.
