Thank You for taking the time to view our auction - We are Harborview Auto Sales in Norwalk,CT - we have been a member in excellent standing of eBay since 2002 - we recently made a connection with a vehicle charity donation company in this area - we always assumed that the cars that people donated were cars that were one step away from the junkyard and that the donors were just looking for a big tax deduction - BOY were we wrong - as it turns out a good portion of the cars are donated by two of the EXACT groups of people you would WANT to buy a car from - wealthy people and elderly people -the first time we went to look at some of the donated cars we were pleasantly surprised - we found some VERY clean - well maintained, low mileage cars - most of these cars from the Fairfield County area of Connecticut (very affluent area) so people around here would really think nothing of donating a perfectly good car to charity - please bookmark Harborview Auto - Vehicle Description - (NOTE: this car is being listed at $100 no reserve because the engine overheats - BUT you could drive the car for DAYS and then all of a sudden it overheats (it seems to be losing coolant somehow) - pinhole in radiator ? a hose ? could be something simple or might be something more - might be a thermostat ? or a plugged radiator ? - I DON'T think it's the head gasket - there is no white smoke from the tailpipe and there is no "sludge" oil and coolant mixing in the engine - my opinion is that it probably something stupid - again we did not have it diagnosed - we don't really know German cars - SOLD 100% AS IS - YOU fix YOU save - This is very nice 1992 BMW 735il - overall in GREAT condition - this car was always garaged - it is a one owner car (elderly woman) - from the very wealthy town of Westport, Connecticut - ALL HIGHWAY MILES (142k) - nice black exterior and tan full leather interior - this car was at the top end of the BMW line in 1992 priced at almost $59,000 - the interior is in VERY nice condition - showing only light wear (the car even SMELLS like leather) - this BMW 7-Series features automatic transmission - 6-cylinder - a/c (which is COLD) - p/steering - p/brakes - p/windows - p/seats - p/locks - ABS - dual airbags - sunroof - woodtrim package - BMW alloys - tool kit - the mileage is below average at just 142,000 - which is just 8,800 miles per year - I did a CarFax to confirm mileage and to see if there were any accidents - CarFax had no issues - overall car is VERY nice - also it was NEVER smoked in (lighter and ashtray unused)- this is a very DESIRABLE car - AMAZING road feel - looks 100% ORIGINAL INSIDE OUT - it runs and drives great motors is fine and transmission shifts fine - engine has NO ticking NO knocking NO smoking NO issues - when driving it there are NO squeaks NO rattles NO noises of any type - even going over bumps and a railroad crossing NO NOISES - it's tight and solid as can be - every door shuts with a solid "thunk" - the engine starts quickly and runs smoothly (just overheats - so it must be shipped) however it drives excellent - no check engine no ABS or "idiot" lights on - there are some minor issues 1) minor scrapes and dings 2) needs one piece of door trim 3) back of headliner sagging - like ANY used car it has usual MINOR bumps,dents and scrapes you will find with any older car - again overall it looks good - just wanted to mention it - OBVIOUSLY GARAGED - FULL payment due within 24 hours - we will assist with shipping both nationally and internationally - IN MY OPINION THIS IS THE BEST DEAL ON EBAY - being sold NO RESERVE and just $100 starting price - feel free to e-mail any questions - Thank You
