Vehicle Description
This is a well maintained BMW M3. The warranty just expired 4k miles ago, however it still has warranty on the engine until August of 2009 or 100k miles. Keep in mind that this is a late 2003, it was built in June 2003. Cars built starting August 2003 were already considered 2004's. Late 2003's are equipped with the updated SMG II transmission, LED tail lights and front sway bar.

More About Bluetooth
I can almost guarantee that you won't find another M3 with the Bluetooth and Voice Activation System, very few people added this option. The module automatically synchronizes your phone book with the car each time you start the car. Your phone book can then be accessed through the navigation screen, or through the voice activation. No more annoying headsets on your ear. The sound automatically mutes every time you get a call or you make a call.
Vehicle Condition
The car is always garaged and never seen snow. The interior and exterior are very clean with minor blemishes. The car is mechanically sound. You can't really see it in the pictures, but the wheels do have curb rash and there is a scratch above the wheel on the rear right side. Also, there is a scratch on the thigh support of the passenger seat. I will gladly take it to BMW for an inspection prior to sale. There are no stories with this car, the carfax is clean, there were no accidents, the paint is all origingal, it was never modified or raced. The car sits in the garage most of the time. I rarely drive it, since I work from home, but it is a joy to drive and it amazes me every time.
Financing
You can apply for a car loan online at Capital One, HSBC or any other bank. Capital One offers some of the best rates, now being as low as 6% for used cars.
Shipping
I will not have the car shipped, unless you can have the shipping company pick up the car from my house. Your check will have to clear before I release the car and title. I will gladly meet you at any of the aiports in the New York City area.
Payment
The methods of payment accepted are C ash for In-Person Transactions, Bank Certified Check, or Financing Turbo Check. I must be able to verify the check before I can release the car and title. A Paypal deposit of $500 is due within 24 hours from the end of the auction. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 3 business days.
