You are bidding on a repairable collision, salvage title 2004 BMW M3 6spd. This vehicle was involved in a collision and as a result suffered damage to the right nose and suspension. The vehicle sustained damage to all front end components such as cooling, radiator support, lights, bumper, hood, fenders, and frame. Both driver and passenger air bags are deployed. The right rear 1/4 has repairable damage, and the rear cover and tail light will also need to be replaced. vehicle is stored indoors along with our entire inventory and protected from the elements. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. In-State buyers must also pay sales tax and registration fees. Out-of-state buyers may register/inspect and pay applicable taxes in their home state. Successful high bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the end of the auction and submit a 10% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
VEHICLE MUST BE PAID NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS FROM THE CLOSING DATE OF AUCTION. DO NOT BID UNTIL ALL NECESSARY RESEARCH AND INSPECTIONS ARE COMPLETED ON THIS VEHICLE. BY BIDDING MEANS THAT YOU ARE READY TO BUY LIKE ANY OTHER AUCTION. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! Seller reserves the right to end the auction early without any liability to the seller. Vehicle is subject to prior sale even if reserve is met with out any liability to the seller.
All bidders must have pre-approved loans/financing or must be able to pay cash for the vehicle. Financing must be secured prior to bidding. Payment must be made by certified check or funds transfer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Remember that your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this car. Legal action will be taken if high bidder does not follow through, and complete the transaction.
