The body of this BMW is in astonishing shape. The white paint still gives off a nice factory shine. Even though this is a 1997 model, the wear is much less than would be expected. I did a thorough walk around and found that there are no dents on the body. There are no deep surface scratches whatsoever. Even the front bumpers are clean. There are no dings or scuffs either or any other heavy wear. A thorough walk-around really shows how well the previous owner took care of this ride. The pictures really speak for themselves, and will give you a better idea of the condition of the car.
The interior of this car matches its amazing exterior. The leather upholstery is in good shape with no tears, rips or burn marks. It looks absolutely stunning. The seats conform to your body curvature. The carpeting and the headliner are in good condition with no signs of wear. The interior of this vehicle is really clean. I assume that the previous owner was a non smoker as there are no burns or smell of smoke. As you can see from the pictures, this is one clean car. The audio system on this vehicle is also something to brag about. Separate tweeters and powerful speakers really fill this ride with clean, crisp sound.
Test driving this BMW is a testament to why there is nothing like driving an M3. This BMW is powered by 3.2L L6 PFI DOHC 24V engine which is made for speed. My test drive lasted 20 minutes and I will describe it in great detail. The engine started with ease and this monster roared to life. The engine idled at under 1,000 RPMs and there were no odd noises or shimmies. I started with city driving. The acceleration and braking was admirable. However, what really made this a pleasant experience was the M3's performance on the highway. This M3 is unbelievably powerful. I pickup is extraordinarily strong with loads of torque. The handling is superb and the steering is very precise. You could really feel the road when you are driving this car. The automatic transmission is in good shape. It shifts on time, without hesitation or jerking. I engaged the sports function and the acceleration was truly unbelievable. Aside for the performance, this is truly a luxury car with every power feature under the sun. All the electronic components work and this car functions just like BMW intended.

Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $200 refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment Methods:
Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing.
Fees and Taxes:
Payment: After the close of the auction, or after your offer has been accepted, you are required to make an immediate deposit of $200 via paypal, check, money order or credit card. The balance can be paid via money order, wire transfer, cash, or check. We must hear from you within 24 hours after the auction's end. We will release the vehicle only after your check clears. You must clear the balance within five days unless other arrangements are made.
$90.00 fees apply to every car. For Pennsylvania residents taxes have to be paid at the dealer.
Note: Do not bid unless you intend to purchase. We will leave accurate and reflective feedback, open paypal claim, file non-paying bidder claim, and request that E-bay suspend your bidder ID!!!
We run a car dealership out of Pennsylvania. As a result we reserve the right to end the auction early if the vehicle has been sold out of the lot.
Winning bidder must make a $200 immidiate deposit via paypal after end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. If the transaction is not complete within five days from the auctions end we reserve the right to sell this vehicle from the lot or otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
