This M3 is dressed in the beautiful Metallic Silver Gray over Black Leather with the Black Soft-Top. It is truly one of the premiere M3 color combinations.

This BMW has factory warranty remaining to 50,000 miles. This also includes the maintenance program that covers oil changes, brakes, and even wiper blades.
This M3 comes with the automated Sequential Manual Gearbox that allows the driver shift (without a clutch pedal) using either the standard shift lever or the paddle shifters on the steering wheel. Furthermore, the driver can set the gearbox to shift in automatic mode. If you have not had the opportunity to drive an M3 with the SMG transmission yet, you are in for a wonderful treat.

I have the original books for this BMW.
This M3 drives fabulous. The steering, suspension, and brakes are all tight. There are no unusual noises or vibrations. The engine is powerful (really powerful) and smooth. The SMG transmission shifts great.
There is a small ding on the passenger panel that took me several looks to even notice. There are also three small scratches that I've highlighted in the photos. The interior of this M3 is in gorgeous condition. The interior smells just like a BMW and does not appear to have ever been smoked in. Keep in mind that the average used vehicle will show many more imperfections.
The AutoCheck report is exceptional, receiving a very high grade of "94". There were absolutely no signs of any accidents or anything unusual.
This M3 is a California one-owner lease turn-in that is in beautiful condition. We have the original title that shows BMW Financial Services on it. Lease-ends are typically some of the best pre-owned vehicles on the market as the manufacturer has scheduled maintenance requirements, they are one-owner vehicles, and they are turned in at the end of the lease (versus being traded in due to an unknown reason).

Kelley Blue Book has an average retail value of $47,800. This does not account for all of the options (including the SMG). I will sell it for many thousands less than blue book. We will entertain reasonable offers prior to the auction ending to sell this fine M3 in a timely manner.

Fee and Tax Information: Florida residents will be required to pay state sales tax based on the county he/she resides or provide a valid resale certificate. The buyer is responsible for all registration procedures, applicable fees, and applicable taxes. For anyone picking up the vehicle or vessel in Florida, note that we are required to collect sales tax based on Florida's 6% rate or your home state's rate, whichever is less. Most states will provide you a credit for the sales tax paid when registering the vehicle or vessel in your home state.
There will be a $395 dealer service charge added to each sale. The State of Florida requires that we collect this from each of our customers. This fee applies to dealers and wholesalers purchasing for resale. We accept loan checks from reputable lending sources.
Please understand that bidding is not a game. To help keep costs down so that we may continue offering fine vehicles and great prices, there will be a $5000 fee incurred to any bidder who does not meet his/her obligation to complete the sale. This fee will be due within 7 days of the auction’s ending and shall be considered liquidated damages. Should this fee not be paid, the bidder will remain responsible for the $5000 fee, his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle or vessel, plus collection costs, attorney’s fees, court costs, and or any other charges incurred as a result of the failure to complete the transaction.
There is a $500 deposit due immediately upon the auction ending via Paypal, cash, or certified funds. All vehicles or vessels will remain available for sale to other buyers until the deposit is received. If you want to 100% secure the vehicle or vessel as yours, please ensure payment can be received immediately or contact the seller prior to the auction's end. If the deposit is not received immediately, we reserve the right to re-list the vessel/ vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, no longer offer it for sale, or otherwise sell it to another party. If needed, please arrange financing prior to bidding.
