This is a very clean vehicle that was just traded into our BMW store. It was locally owned and well serviced.
This vehicle has a smooth shifting transmission, and runs great. This vehicle runs like the engine was very well taken care of. The electrical and optional equipment on this vehicle has been checked to insure that it is in working condition. Our Top Quality service department could not find any defects in this vehicle.
The prior owner took great care of this vehicle's exterior. It is obvious by how clean this interior is that the previous owner took pride in owning this vehicle.

Buyers Inspection: Unlike most other eBay dealers, we put our cars through an exhaustive inspection. We do NOT sell salvaged or “problem” cars. EBay is our means of wholesaling cars, however, the vehicles are still held to high condition standards. However please remember these are "pre-owned" cars and they will have average wear and tear. There is no such thing as a "perfect" pre-owned car so it is impossible to speak about every minor mark and scratch. If you are looking for a 3rd party opinion please feel free to have an independent inspector come out to look at it. We are proud to show anyone our inventory.
Representations and Warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold "as is". Manufacturers warranties may still apply. Taxes and Registration fees: Buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. The IL Doc Fee is $150. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Shipping Delivery:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Laurel BMW of Westmont will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Laurel BMW of Westmont as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Laurel BMW of Westmont.
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-25 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
Finalizing your Purchase: Buyer must contact Seller before placing a "Buy It Now" bid in order to assure the vehicle is still in stock. Winning bidder must contact us within 6 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $2500.00 Partial Payment is due within 1 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 6 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Customers will have as long as they would like to inspect the car prior to taking delivery but the customer must leave feedback before they leave the store.

At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
