BMW runs and drives great. Car perform just fine, everything works just fine. X3 has 4 good tires all around with 50% left. X3 looks very nicely, and exterior is in very good shape. Car shows expected wear for the year / mileage, and looks very well. Interior is in very good conditon, leatherette is in nice shape. We have books and extra keys.

Winning bidders must contact us by telephone within 24 hours of auction closure to confirm purchase. Nonrefundable deposit (Please read above about our guarantee) in the amount of $500 must be received within 48 hours of auction close by overnight money order, cashiers check, or credit card over the phone. You may elect to pay $300 deposit (instead of $500), by paypal as well. Deposit via paypal must be received within 24 hours from auction closure.
Full payment must be made within 5 DAYS of auction closure (unless special arrangements are made) and must be in the form of CASHIERS CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, BANK TO BANK TRANSFER or COD. WE CAN ALSO TAKE DRAFT FROM YOUR BANK. WE DO NOT ACCEPT HSBC LOAN CHECK'S. We do not accept credit cards or personal check for payment for the vehicle. Please made check payable to Car Connections Auto Sales Inc.
ALL PA buyers must pay their applicable tax for their county to Car Connections Auto Sales and we process all title and registration paperwork for ALL PA deals.
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in their state. Residents outside of PA are exempt from PA sales tax. Please check with your local tag/DMV office to see what the fee's and taxes are in your state for the vehicle you are buying.
There will be a paperwork processing/overnight mailing/temporary tag fee of $195.00 added to the final auction price to cover the cost paper work, sales, etc . If you wish to have temporary tag, you must have proof of insurance and valid US driver license.

All costs relating to inspections and transportation are the buyer's responsibility including shipping.
