Florida residents are responsible for sales tax. Sales tax will be collected by us before delivery of vehicle. A 30 day temp. tag will be issued if needed. Registration will be sent U.S Mail unless other means were arranged. Title will be mailed to you from The state of Florida (DMV).
Out of state sales are responsible for your state sales tax. If the vehicle is shipped this will apply. If you decide to come and pick up the vehicle we can issue you a 30 day Florida temp. tag but we must charge you sales tax. This can be based on whichever state sales tax is lower. Florida sales tax is 6 %. If your state sales tax is lower we can charge you that tax. We will provide you with a form from the state of Florida showing that sales tax was paid to Florida on your behalf. Please check with your state DMV if this form is accepted. You do not want to be doubled taxed!!

We welcome buyer inspections by competent inspection services or organizations. All vehicles are available to be driven and inspected by APPOINTMENT ONLY!. Purchaser bears all inspection fees and charges. If you chose to have the vehicle shipped without an inspection, we will not be responsible for any mechanical related failures or any cost of repairs.
Title Information:
Titles to vehicles are sometimes held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans or payoffs. In some cases
there is a delay in receiving the title up to 30 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have
all titles in our possession, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.
We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles unless otherwise stated. In some cases we will hold titles untill cashiers checks or other types of bank checks clear unless other arrangements were made. Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking. Thank you for your patience and understanding
