You are looking at a 1997 BMW Z3 that was traded in as is and does not run.We are representing this vehicle to have a bad engine. We were told that the prior owner overheated this vehicle.The engine does turn and sounds like it has no compression. You may be able to replace the headgasket and have the head redone???? Be prepared for the worst and plan on replacing the engine.We were also told that the clutch was done aprox. one year ago. We DO NOT have any service records or any other information. The body on this vehicle is solid with the exception of a few key scratches on the right side door and quarter panel that were touched up and few dents on the hood and a little paint peeling(see pics).The front bumper has a small crack on the very bottom below the license plate bracket.The interior is very clean for a 1997 vehicle aside from normal wear on the drivers seat back side portion(see pics).The convertible top is in great shape , factory cd changer in trunk and books in glove box.BF Goodrich tires 225-50-R16 with aprox. 50% tread left. Engine:1.9 liter with manual trans.This vehicle is being displayed as traded, not vacuumed or washed for pics.We are selling this vehicle with a New Jersey standard (good)title. Terms of Sale: The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Payment Terms: The winning bidder must submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 3 business days of the close of the auction. Vehicle will be released when payment clears sellers account.
Payment Methods: Cash (In Person), certified bank check, wire transfer, or money order.
Fees and Taxes: New Jersey buyers are responsible for payment of New Jersey sales tax. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be titled or registered.
Shipping:Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can assist buyer in making shipping arrangements at buyers sole cost and expense.
