Description
The Mark VI's were large and impressive four-door automobiles. The four-door system was fat and good stable. Headlamps were no longer several units, but incorporated into the first fenders.
The power produced was sent to the rear wheels courtesy of a four speed manual gearbox with single plate clutch. Around 94 mph of top speed was achieved. To stop power servo assisted drum brakes were provided and the suspensions were free with coil spring.
The During the six year production life span, the Bentley Mark VI saw very few changes. The main significant change was the adaptation of an enlarged engine which was introduced in 1951. The 4566 cc (4.5 liter) locomotive enhances the performance of the automobile.
The Mark VI was succeeded by the R-Type Bentley. Many of the Bentley Mark VI's have not survived, this is mostly attributed to their poor steel quality of the early postwar years which results in rust.
This is a beautiful car with a great two tone color paint. The paint is in good condition and it was recently detailed. The interior is in good shape but needs a little work on the side of the roof. The engine is complete, but needs minor repairs as changing some hoses, oil and water leak.
This car has been stored in-doors for almost 3 years and taken care of. The car hasn´t been driven. We bought the car and have not done any restoration on it.

Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
