Description
This vehicle is a Police Department seizure and is being sold in as-is condition. Vehicle was privately owned, so we are not able to certify its condition. This vehicle is not driven for any distance or length of time that will enable commenting on its reliability. This vehicle has been stored in an exterior impound lot. The vehicle starts and runs on its own and has recently been equipped with a new battery. The vehicle interior is in good condition overall dirty and soiling to upholstery. Options include, power windows and locks, AC, am/fm cassette stereo. The exterior is in fair condition. It appears that vehicle was previously in a crash due to damage to drivers side front fender area. Observed damage includes; driver’s side mirror is broken, driver’s side headlight does not work, crack in windshield and front bumper has scratches. Do not assume anything not listed is included. No guarantees are implied or given on current or future mechanical problems or vehicle condition. Vehicle has a clear title which will transfer to the highest bidder. We have described the vehicle as accurately as possible. Do not assume anything not listed is included. If you have any questions about the vehicle please ask for further clarification before bidding and remember that your bid is a contract to buy the car. All bidders who have a rating of 0 or registered less than 30 days will be required to provide name and contact information or their bid will be cancelled. All inquiries will be answered within 24hrs by e-mail. Please send all questions thru eBay. Vehicle inspections are available on Friday by appointment only. To set up an appointment please send a request. Winning bidder is required to make a non-refundable deposit of $230 plus 10% of the final sale price via Paypal within 2 business days from close of auction. An e-mail notification detailing deposit amount will be sent to the buyer at auction end. Once deposit is received, buyer will be e-mailed a contact name and number to make final payment and pick up arrangements. Contact must be made within 1 business day. The remaining balance is due in the form of cash or cashier’s check upon pick up of the vehicle at the Willowbrook Police Department by a prearranged appointment. If no contact is made within 48 hours of deposit we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or dispose of it at the owner’s discretion. Buyer is responsible for all pick-up, shipping and transportation arrangements. Final payment and pickup are due no later than 14 days from close of auction. If the vehicle is not picked-up within the 14 days or the agreed upon time frame, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder, or dispose of it at our discretion. Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle and you are willing to pay and agree to all payment terms. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback posted.
