This is a 1964 Buick Wildcat Convertible. The engine has recently (April 2007) been rebuilt and has many new parts. The new parts include: water pump, fuel pump, oil pump, a new piston and push rod, ignition and points set, spark plugs and spark plug wires, main bearings, and a complete engine rebuild gaskets kit. The heads have been planed. The refurbished parts include: manifold, headers, carburator, valley pan, engine block, valve covers, timing chain cover. I have an appointment to get the gastank relined. The body, interior, and top still need work. I would also recommend switching the ignition to an electric ignition. This is a very rare convertible that has been stored indoors since 1997.
