Great Original Survivor, This little wagon is in Great Condition. It has not been restored it is what I call driver Quality. And it has had the GS Options added.
Options Include 400 V8, Air Conditioning, (working), Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, Power Windows and Door Locks, Am Fm CD Player, Buick Factory Mags, Air Induction GS hood, Vista Cruiser Glass Panels in Roof, Roof Rack, Back Seat Sun Visors, Third Seat to make it 9 Passenger, Bucket seat and Consol (added Not factory). Wood Grain Sides, Dual Opening rear Door with Power Rear Window.
This vehicle has been very Well maintained and is in Excellent Condition, But it is a 39 Year old car and does have a Few issue, So Please do not think you are Buying a restored Car. This is what I call an original Condition Driver Quality Car. Great Condition, Safe to Run down the road with, needs to be massaged every once in a while. This is a Rare Wagon and a Vehicle that will only go up in Value.
All Electrical, Lights, Safety Equipment are in Perfect Working Condition. The interior is Real Real Nice Carpet is Faded in spots, We installed a New Factory headliner. Air Conditioning Works Ice Cold, Windows Go Up and Down Smoothly, Driver seat is Power and Only goes back and forward, Cassette, CD player and Radio Work Great. Every Thing Works.

The Vehicle is being Sold by a Licensed State of California Dealer (California Classics Collectibles Inc.), all California DMV laws apply. Terms of Auction:
A licensed state of California dealer is selling the vehicle. All California DMV laws apply. Any California buyer must pay local sales tax and licensing fees. All out of state Buyers will incur no Additional Fee's unless they want it titled in California then you will incur a $100.00 Documentation fee which will cover issuing a California Title in your name upon receipt of full payment. This Title will be issued by California DMV, and takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks, We as the selling Dealer will provide to you a validated copy of the DMV paper work to show Proof of Ownership and all other supporting Documentation.
Buyer will pay for transportation. Upon request, seller will assist in arranging for transportation per buyer's request.
The vehicle is available for inspection prior to bidding by appointment. Viewing and physical inspection are strongly recommended to avoid any misunderstandings. Email or call to arrange viewing appointments at your convenience.
Shipping cost can only be estimated at the time of the auction. Prices vary due to fuel cost and supply and demand. Estimated Enclosed shipping to the east coast at this time is $900 to $1850. Shipping Pick up can take up to 14 days due to scheduling of trucks. You can arrange or I can assist.
All sales are final. Buyer is purchasing this vehicle AS IS with no warranties other than those listed above. Seller specifically disclaims the warranty of merchantability. Buyer has had the opportunity to view and inspect the vehicle and ask any and all questions.
This transaction is governed by California law.
Any disputes related to this transaction will be handled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in San Diego County, California.
The prevailing party in any arbitration or litigation is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys fees and reimbursement of costs of arbitration or litigation.
Payment Terms:
Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in U.S. Dollars.
A deposit in the amount of twenty percent (20%) must be received within three (3) business days of the auctions close.
Final payment must be received within seven (7) business days of the auction close.
Once the payment has been received , Seller will forward by Express Mail all Contracts and DMV forms for the Buyer to sign and return via Express Mail. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment per California DMV laws. Once we have received all the Documents back we will go to DMV and get a California title Issued in your Name and forward all document back to you.
Transportation will be arranged only after final payment is received.
Buyer will pay for transportation, however we will assist you with shipping at Your request and will help ensure your vehicle is shipped properly and in accordance with your desires, as we have many contacts.
