VEHICLE DESCRIPTION
This LeSabre is a beautiful vehicle that is in solid condition for a used vehicle that is 7 years old. The interior looks as if it has never been sat in! I challenge anyone to find a single stain. It is evident that this vehicle has never been smoked in. It has been fully detailed in addition.
Mechanically, this LeSabre is completely flawless. I have had this vehicle inspected by a GM Certified mechanic who works at my local Buick dealership. The mechanical verdict was excellent news! The engine and transmission are solid with no concerns or issues. The a/c blows ice cold air. This car is mechanically solid. The vehicle needs nothing mechanically and it was evident that it was well taken care of.
Cosmetically, this LeSabre is sharp. The exterior is phenomenal for a vehicle that is 7 years old. The paint is so glossy that water beads all over it when wet. The interior is super clean. You will not find a single stain or flaw in the interior. This car also has a clean CarFax report that shows that it has never been in an accident and has a clean title. I would be happy to e-mail the CarFax report to anyone interested.
I have taken photos of EVERY cosmetic flaw. Maybe I was a little critical, but I tried to put myself in a buyer's standpoint and I would like to know everything; not just a few outside photos. Nonetheless, as you can see, the cosmetic flaws are very minimal, but again, I feel it is necessary to show you all around the vehicle and just not the "good side". You are always welcome to inspect the vehicle yourself, in addition. Also, if you feel more comfortable having an unbiased 3rd inspection, please visit www.carcheck.com. For a small fee, an unbiased 3rd party will come to my location and inspect the vehicle and report the results back to you. Again, have no worries as I am confident that there is nothing wrong with this LeSabre; it is in phenomenal condition for a used vehicle that is 7 years old.

ABOUT ME:
My name is Jon Binder. I am working on my 10th year in the auto industry. During college, I hired on at a Buick, Cadillac, and Jeep dealership in the detail department and worked there through my five years of college. I graduated college in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Prior to graduation, I was offered a position within the dealership to start our Internet Sales Department. Although, I was about to graduate college and planned on becoming a CPA, I struggled to leave the dealership that I enjoyed working at. I accepted this position as our Internet Manager in April of 2004. I helped grow this department from just myself to an eight person team in just four years. In January of 2008, I decided to leave the dealership in effort to start my own used car business. Thus, this is what I am working towards in the long term. I presently am working from home and keep roughly 5-6 vehicles on average. Within the next two years, my goal is to continue to pursue my dream and open my own used car lot in Kokomo, Indiana.
I have been married for four years to my lovely wife, Ashley. On January 22nd, 2008 I received the most precious gift anyone could give by my wife giving birth to our daughter Kyndal. We also have two spoiled pets; Murphy (Golden Retriever) and Sophie (cat) who sleep on the bed with us at night. I know; I am a softie. My hobbies and interests include being a coach/player of our men's slowpitch softball team and I participate in a bowling league in the winter. I really enjoy to play golf although my softball swing keeps my handicap stuck around 20 (I have to keep that ball in play!). I am a huge Chicago Cubs baseball fan (2008 is the year of the Cubbies!) and an Indianapolis Colts fan (don't be jealous; Manning is an NFL icon!).

As you may or may not be aware, vehicles can be transported through a flatbed shipping service. I have bought and sold a few cars via eBay and found a shipping broker that I would highly recommend. Touched up chip on front bumper-hard to notice with the naked eye
Tiny touched up chip on front bumper-blends in great; very hard to notice
Super clean interior!
It does not appear that these mats have ever seen feet
Areas of the clear coat are coming off in selected areas of the steel wheels; a common flaw with this particular wheel

1. Placing a Bid: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. Please read eBay's User Agreement.
2. Seller reserves the right to: a. Obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction. b. Cancel any and all bids at my discretion, or end the auction early if necessary.
3. Bidder's Qualifications: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid and a US or Canadian resident.
4. Special eBay Bid Retraction Rules: Please read eBay's "Retracting a Bid" a. If you place a bid before the last 12-hour period of the auction: You may retract that bid before that last 12-hour period but only for exceptional circumstances. You will not be allowed to retract that bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction. b. If you place a bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction: You will be allowed to retract the bid for exceptional circumstances but only if you do so within one hour after placing the bid.

Nonetheless, if you prefer, I will accept a certified check from your bank or lender. However, a 5 business day hold will be placed on the check until funds clear. Thus, the vehicle and title will not be released until this hold period has allotted.
6. Buyers Inspection: Seller has done his best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Seller welcomes a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees, if any, are buyers responsibility.
7. Representations and Warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold as-is. Extended warranties may be available. I would suggest doing a Google search for extended warranties if interested.
8. Trades: Do you have a vehicle that you are needing to sell before you can purchase my vehicle? If so, I would be interested in trading with you. I would be happy to provide you with a sight unseen estimate of the amount that you could expect me to offer you for your vehicle once I see and drive it. If interested, please e-mail me (jibbroni@yahoo.com) your vehicles information including year, make, model, submodel, transmission, engine, options and features, cosmetic description, mechanical description, VIN number, tire condition, title history, and 4-6 digital photos. Please note that I am assuming a vehicle with a clean title report and a clean CarFax report when estimating trade values. If by any means, you have misrepresented your vehicle, I will not stand behind the sight unseen offer that I have provided you with. Please note that I only trade for autos 1990 or newer.
9. Taxes and Registration fees: Buyer will pay any applicable sales tax when he/she registers the car at their local DMV.
10. Title Information: The title is on hand and in Seller's possession. If you are paying cash or via funds transfer, the title will be released at the time of sale. If you are paying with a certified check, the title will sent via Certified mail once funds clear.
11. Shipping Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Seller will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. Seller will assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the car leaves his possession. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with seller. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 5-10 days from the date the vehicle is paid for until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the seller for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure. Free shipping estimates are available. Please contact America's Choice Auto Movers at 1-888-564-0164 for a quote. Keep in mind that if you are wanting the car shipped to you, payment must be sent to seller before the vehicle is released for shipping.
12. Finalizing your Purchase: Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Jon Binder, by phone at 765-457-8331 or 765-461-0495 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If I cannot confirm your intention to buy within 24 hours, I reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. In order to secure winning bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must, within 24 hours of bid closing, contact Seller and issue a non refundable deposit in the amount of $500 via PayPal (jibbroni@yahoo.com). Within 7 days of bid closing, Buyer must send or deliver in person the balance of funds by cash or certified funds to Seller.
