TERMS OF SALE
Successful high bidder must telephone seller at 262-569-4332 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Circumstances may arise that require us to contact you before that timeframe. Do not be offended if we do so.
Within 48 hours following the end of auction, a 50% deposit must be received in the form of cashiers check, certified funds, or credit card up to $500. If a deposit is not received, or an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers.
All financial transactions must be completed within 3 days of auction ending in the form of cashiers-check, certified funds or pre-approved loan. Seller accepts cashiers check, certified funds, or verified drafts from known financial institutions, cash, credit (up to $500 for deposit), and pre-approved loans.
Wisconsin buyers must pay sales tax and license fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their state. ALL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR A $125.00 SERVICE FEE THAT WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL AUCTION PRICE. In some cases a limited extended warranty may be available.
Seller reserves the right to end all auctions early in order to sell the vehicle locally or any other reason that may arise.
