White 1988 Buick Reatta for sale. This is the first production year of this rare, two seat handcrafted classic. Engine is in good condition, and car runs very well. 260, 000 kms on the odometer. New starter and brand new $2,500 transmission installed last year. Original owner’s manual included. Red interior, fully functioning touch-screen auto controls. Body and interior in excellent shape. Working radio, electric seats, electric mirrors, diagnostics system. Car had two previous owners. Current owner is a non-smoker.
There are a few things that need attention, being a car of this age. There are very small surface rust blemishes on the corner of the driver’s side rear wheel well. There is also minor spots of surface rust on the trunk (see photos). Other than that, the body of the car is rust-free and dent free. The trunk must be opened from the inside, but making the trunk electronically functional is a minor repair. The bumper on the passenger side is pushed in slightly to the wheel (see photo), but poses no problem to driving. The driver’s seat belt is also loose, and comes undone once in a while. Driver’s door does not lock. Minor cracks in box between the two seats, and slight wear on the interior driver’s door.
