In addition, all non paying bidders will be held liable for a $300 re-listing fee that if not paid, will be filed with all 3 major credit bureaus. We have to pay for these cars on time and re-listing a vehicle can cause us much aggravation and time.

This is to cover our expenses, such as (but not limited to) listing, temporary tags, courier services, requisite paperwork, and title assignment as well as NO CHARGE pickup service from Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood Int Airport to our facility, Detail on all cars, fluid check and change, if needed on all cars, Mechanical Safety Inspection on all cars, and most of all the assurance that you will be buying from the best eBay car dealers. Not only do we save you a ton of money off of retail prices, but we are sure to make this a SAFE and FUN experience for all of our customers and treat everyone like family. According to Florida law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized form from the State of Florida proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit. Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida. NOTICE
These vehicles are USED vehicles and are not new. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws, as is standard on ANY used car. All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. Obviously, a car that is 10 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is 2 years old. Most cars are sold at wholesale prices, many way below book prices. Therefore, there is minimum profit (especially on no reserve auctions) at best, and as such we can not afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it for full list price.
Remember some of these cars are near a decade old and they may be new to you, but that doesn't change the fact that they are used cars and repairs can be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. NOT likely, but possible! Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc..., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or right here on eBay for a few dollars.
Keep in mind that we are a dealer and due to bank payoffs and dealer processing that some titles take a few weeks for processing. We are very fast about it and Fed Ex them ASAP to you no charge. This is with any dealer you buy from. This is why we have Temporary Tags for you to drive home on. OUT OF COUNTRY BUYERS AND LICENSED DEALERS WHO WOULD NEED TO GET THE TITLE RIGHT AWAY, HAVE TO CONTACT US PRIOR TO THE END OF THE AUCTION AND VERIFY IF THE TITLE IS READY. If it is not, we can keep in one of our secure/clean warehouses, for no extra cost, until the title will be ready. We cannot release any title, regardless of any situation until the full payment for this vehicle will clear in our bank account. Wire transfers are the fastest to clear and take 1-3 business days, out of state bank checks can take up to 7 business days and out of country bank checks can take up to 10 business days.
