This vehicle is looking for another owner. The mileage on this vehicle is accurately represented. There are no signs or smells that this vehicle was ever smoked in. Since there is collision damage to this vehicle, we are offering it at a super price. There are a few door dings on this otherwise beautiful vehicle. This vehicle appears to have a smooth shifting transmission. This vehicle runs like the engine was very well taken care of. Average interior - no surprises. The tires are in great shape. This Buick starts, rides and drives fine. The brakes, steering and suspension all feel good. The A/C is ice cold. There is front end damge, light rear end damage, the back hatch will not open and the windshield is cracked. What you see is what you get, I do not know anything more about this vehicle. This Buick is being sold as-is with no warranty in traded in condition and has not been inspected. Terms and Conditions
Fee and Tax Information: There is a documentary fee that is 10% of the purchase price with a maximum fee of $250.00, $15.00 for a title and $10.50 for a 30 day temp tag. Ohio residents must pay sales tax. We do not ship. Title will be mailed to you. This is wholesale to the public only, NO DEALERS! Residents of the following states will have to pay Ohio sales tax: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina and Washington. You may or may not get a tax credit in your home state. Check with your local Department of Motor Vehicles for more information.
Winning bidder must contact us by phone within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of Auction end. Paypal is for deposit only, not for entire amount of winning bid. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup of this vehicle within 7 days of auction end. You may pick up your vehicle on any day except Wednesdays and Sundays. You will need to schedule an appointment to pick up your car. A $50.00 per day storage fee will be added for every day after 7 days. All vehicles come with one key unless expressed otherwise in the description. Our Ohio dealer liscense allows us to do all paper work at our location only. The vehicle title will be mailed to you. You must be a United States citizen and have a social security number to purchase. We do not accept trade ins on eBay vehicles. This is wholesale to the public only, NO DEALERS!
