If title is to be released at time of delivery, bank to bank wire transferred funds is your quickest way to handle this transaction. Title will only be released when all funds have been verified as being cleared. Keep in mind that this verification can take several weeks. Also very important ... Which means we can get very busy and due to the size of our sales and management staff. At any given time, there may be a customer here at the dealership in the process of purchasing one of the cars we have listed on eBay. It sometimes can take several hours before this information gets to our eBay staff. The point is, you should first call Kimberly Panknin at the number listed on the auction page before hitting the "buy it now", to simply check for availability. This is the agreement. ***If you should use the "buy it now" feature, before checking on that vehicles availability and later find out that the car was sold here on the lot, you agree not to leave negative feedback*** We also reserve the right to sell these eBay vehicles to on lot customers at any time, right up to the point in which we've received the minimum $500.00 deposit
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
For Canadian Buyers/Delivery--payment by bank wire transfer only if title is to be released at the time of delivery. If payment is other than bank wire transfer i.e. certified bank check or approved loan check--title will not be release until funds have cleared.
