Thank you for looking at my auction. Up for bid tonight is a gorgeous 1969 Buick Skylark. I am selling this car for a friend. My friend is a local mechanic.
This car is a beautiful piece of automotive history. The engine has been rebuilt and is a 455 cu in engine, California 400 Turbo Transmission, 2800 stock convertor, Mozer 3:73 posi rear end, 2 1/2" G240 exhaust, headers,holley carb and intake, new carpet and 17" wheels. A lot of work has been done in this car.
The interior is great shape. The seats are in excellent shape, except for the whole in the drivers side. The rest of the seats are great. The carpet has been replaced and the headliner is excellent. There are two areas in the dash that show cracks in it. There are minor things that are needed to make the interior excellent. The seat and the cracks in the dash, a couple buttons on the dash need to be "mounted" basically they are loose in the holes in the dash. But these are minor issues. Any deficiencies are visible in pics.
The exterior of the car is beautiful. It was repainted in 2006. The paint is still as beautiful as the day it was painted. There are no marks in the paint or dents.
This is a great car for a collector. There is only minor things to be done to make this car perfect. It is beautiful and gets stares and comments everywhere you go with it. There is tons of power and is a very smooth ride. This is a excellent car for someone to take to car shows etc.
