Terms of Auction Sale
- Seller reserves the right not to sell to any bidder with 0 or negative feedback or to any bidder for any reason. Seller also reserves the right to end the auction early.
- This vehicle is available for inspection. If you are the high bidder you or your agent will have (10) Ten days to inspect this vehicle after the close of auction.
Payment Terms:
- Payment must be made by Cashiers Check or Money Orders payable in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- A refundable deposit of $500 must be recieved (24) Twenty-Four hours of the auctions close either by PayPal or overnight Cashiers Check or Money Order.
- The Buyer has (10) Ten days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle, if it is not to your liking your deposit will be reembursed fully.
- Final Payment must be recieved within (10) Ten days of close of auction.
- The refundable deposit only applies if you or an agent inspect this vehicle in Toronto,Canada (Markham/Scarborough Suburb).
- Once payment is recieved in full, I will fax or e-mail you a copy of the clear title. Original title will be sent to buyer via overnight mail (7) seven days from date of final payemnt or handed over in person.
- Once vehicle is picked up from my home garage or an agreed upon local place of meeting, you will NOT be able to return the vehicle.
