Here is one you don't see everyday! The title has it listed as a 38 Cadillac, It looks more like a 39 to me and the style number on the plate under the hood is 39-7523 which would indicate 1939 as a model year. This is not an operating vehicle and will need hauled to its new home. The man I bought it from was going to make a street rod out of it but didn't get too far until he lost interest. It looks to be pretty solid but I don't know the quality or how much work has been done to it. It has a later model Cadillac motor and trans and some kind of late model rear end, don't know if it ever ran after being installed or not. The front suspension etc is all stock. You are buying what you see in the pictures. the grille, side trim, handles etc are MIA. The interior looks to be mostly complete, I don't see any inside handles or window cranks but the seats look restorable and it even has a divider window. It has a California replacement ID number that I was told was because it was a lot car at a movie studio and the replacement number was necessary when it was sold by the studio to a private party. This is the ID number that is on the title. This car would require a complete restoration or it would make a dandy street rod with loads of room for all of your friends. It is located about 50 miles south of Columbus, Ohio and will have to be picked up, no delivery available. a 500.00 non-refundable deposit via paypal is required at end of auction with ballance to be paid in cash or certified check when picked up.
