Hello, and welcome to my auction for this beautiful 1996 Cadillac Deville Concours edition. This is an extremely clean, and well-maintained Florida vehicle that is in immaculate condition given the age. For those who are not very familiar with these cars, I will give a breif description of what this deville concours is... It has a 4.6L displacement V8 engine, with a transverse FWD drivetrain and traction control (the front wheels power the vehicle) but don't let the "V8" tag fool you as this car's fuel efficiency is as good as 23 miles to the gallon in the city! Given it is driven responsibly of course... and I got as much as 27 MPG's on the couple of times I took it on the interstate. The car is fully loaded, as you would expect from a cadillac, it has 4-door power locks and windows, remote locking ability, on board fuel efficiency computer, digital doashboard, the list goes on... As far as the surface appearance of the car, I will let the pictures of the interior, and body speak for themselves, as not much else can be said other than it MUST have been garaged for many years, as even the headlights still look new! so I will focus mainly on the mechanical condition of the car, as I myself am a mechanic, and it's what I know best... In my opinion, the car runs and drives like new, probably due to the fact that I bought this car from an elderly couple here locally, whom always had the car dealer serviced and maintained, and I believe that they were even the original purchases of the car, although that I can not say for sure... The transmission shifts as smooth as possible, and I just did a $400 service on it that includes replacement of the two shift solenoids, a chronic problem of the 96 deville, as I was told that they would cause problems down the road. In light of maintaining my honest reputation, I must disclose that there is a slight seepage leak of the oil pan gasket, but nothing drastic enough to force a repair in the immediate future. The brakes are in great condition, there are no lights on the dash, and the tires have at least half the tread left on the currently installed MICHELIN SYMMETRY's. The A/C blows nice a cold, but once again I must disclose that the compressor is a little noiser then I would like it to be, but then again it could last for several more years. Due to the high milage I drive everyday I recently bought an older VW jetta for daily driving purposes, and overwhelming credit card debt forces me to sell this beauty, but my loss is your gain, so good luck and happy bidding, also don't hesitate to message any questions, or possible trades!
