Description
1961 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible. Powerful 390 V8 runs and drives smoother than most new cars. Great mechanical condition. New water Pump, New Brake Booster, New Master Cylinder, and New Rear Shocks. Red on Black with a power black soft top that is in great condition. Paint and Chrome are in good condition. Interior is also in good condition, with minor wear. Driver seat does have two small snag tears in the side, but overall in good condition. This is an excellent and reliable Sunday driver, but by no means is in show quality condition, but has the potential to be with additional investment and restoration. Vin Plate break down shows original paint is Platinum Gray with Black soft top. Production in Detroit Michigan with a total of 15,500 put into production. Original Factory cost was $5,455. Terms and Conditions
We make great effort to disclose imperfections so that you know exactly what you are buying. However, bear in mind that you are purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and, in all likelihood, it will have minor imperfections, both in its cosmetic and/or mechanical condition. For this reason, our vehicles are sold "as is" and we encourage pre-purchase on-site inspections by competent parties. Purchasers bear all inspection fees and charges. Also you may want to have the vehicle checked out by a third-party inspector of your choice.
The successful high bidder should telephone Trophy Motors at 830-743-3509 or 830-237-6807 within 24 hours, or the next business day, after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we do not hear from you, the vehicle may be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Within 48 hours following the end of auction, a 10% deposit to Trophy Motors shall be sent over-night express in the form of cashiers-check or certified funds. If a deposit is not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle may be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The transaction must be completed within seven (7) business days of the auction. If not, and an alternative arrangement has not been made, the vehicle may be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All our vehicles are sold "as is." Our goal is to assure your satisfaction at the time of delivery. All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment. And we encourage you to contact us to arrange for inspection.
Every vehicle we list on e-Bay has a clean title (unless otherwise noted and disclosed).
We highly recommend that all consumers come in to our location for a visual inspection as well as see our operation. We would like to meet our customers in person as well as get to know each one.
We regret it is not always possible to provide extra sets of keys, complete books, and manual or remote access devices.
