1961 Cadillac Series 62

This is a one family owned 1961 Cadillac with only 49k miles. She still has her original paint and original 390. She would drive anywhere and has been LOVINGLY maintained sine the day she left the dealership. This car was surrounded by rules and one of them involved keeping kids at a distance. YEAH!!
The interior is all original and looks near excellent. There is some mild staining on the seats but it can be easily fixed with the propper steam cleaning. The dash is about as good as it is going to get with the dash chrome looking as though it was installed yesterday. The headliner is like new and the carpets are in very good shape. All the gauges work as they should.

Mechanically, the original 390 has 48k original miles and has ALWAYS BEEN MAINTAINED. She runs and drives excellent. She still sports her original exhaust and that will need to be replaced. She fires right up and floats down the road.
The paint is original and in garaged condition. There are a few battle wounds but as the pictures will suggest, she has years of life left in the paint. The chrome is all original as well and in very good shape with tons of shine. The stainless is mint. I have never seen more preserved tail light housings on a 1961 Cadillac. They are pristine.
Rust is not an issue with this car. There is the mid west surface rust on the under carriage but look at the FACTORY PRIMER in the trunk....that will tell you the story. She is very solid.
SHE STILL HAS HER ORIGINAL JACK AND TIRE WEDGE in the trunk. I have sold over 70 Classic cads on eBay and I have seen the original wedge twice.
