Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 I am the third owner of this car which I purchased in 1984. At 32 years of age and with 95,000 miles on it, it has averaged 2969 miles per year. Since the late 80s it has seen no snow and rarely any rain. I consider it to be in very good condition although it has a few problems. It leaks a bit of oil, probably from a head gasket, but my mechanic says that this is not a major problem. The clock does not work, and the radio cuts out now and then until it is thoroughly warmed up, then it plays O.K. The eight-track tape deck works. I have a second radio for it (no tape deck), but I have never tried it to see if it works. The retractable antenna functions perfectly. The AC runs, but the system could use a freon charge. The climate control system functions, although at certain settings there is a short delay before the transfer box kicks in. As you can see from the photos, all the chrome is solid and in good condition. The black underskirts below the doors and rear fenders are all in place and tight. (This is rare on the early Sevilles.) The leather seats are in excellent condition as is the floor carpet. Over the years I have had some cosmetic body work done on it. (It has not been in an accident.) I understand that most of these cars develop rust under the vinyl top, and I had one spot repaired years ago. Everything seems O.K. at present. When I purchased the car I had the rear air shocks replaced and I rebuilt the compressor. The system works fine. In addition to the extra radio, I have two extra wheels, an extra fuel pump tank mechanism, an extra antenna unit, and all the 1976 manuals. Please ask me a question on eBay if you have one. This item is located in Torrington, CT if you would like to arrange a viewing.
