Vehicle Description
Up for sale is a 1988 chevrolet astro sport classic se. I will start with the good stuff first. The vehicle has seat covers on the 2 front seats, which are in great shape, I still have the original window sticker, and have a OBD Code reader which I will throw in with the sale of the van. The van had the air conditioning fan replaced about a year ago. A Jasper Rebuilt 4.3l V6 was installed about 55k miles ago. The air conditioning is good, but will need a recharge. I will include one picture because I cant get them to upload. If you need more, provide me with your email address and I will gladly send you more. The brakes are good, but from sitting, they will probably need replaced after being driven again. Btw, this is an 8 passenger van. It has an AM/FM radio with cassette that works.
And now for the bad:
The vehicle has rust, in both rocker panels, and rear bumper, which is seperate from the body. The headliner droops, The vehicle leaks oil, though im not sure from where. The air conditioning needs a recharge, and new plugs and plug wires couldnt hurt. This used to be my daily driver until my Jeep Cherokee was fixed, and never gave me a problem. It will need new tires soon. There are large dents in the front drivers door and behind the drivers door where a deer ran across the road and hit me in the side. And there is a large dent in the rear doors, though it still opens and closes properly. It gets decent gas mileage for a van. The carpet is stained, though the seats are in alright shape for a 20 year old vehicle. If you have any questions please call at 513-490-4252, or message me on ebay.
